Interdisciplinary teamwork for creative solutions
Depending on the project requirements, we form teams of 3 to 10 experts from various fields, including electrical engineering, process engineering and automation technology. This interdisciplinary collaboration enables our employees to develop creative solutions together. The combination of different perspectives and approaches promotes continuous learning and leads to innovative ideas. In addition, cross-departmental work offers the opportunity to get to know numerous colleagues from the company and from other locations and to inspire each other.
